A call sheet is used to give the director information as to who should be present at the day of filming and at which time. Additionally this informs the actors as to when and where they should be. Creating a Call Sheet will be an additional planning tool to improve the efficiency of the filming days, meaning the filming can commence quicker and give a greater margin of safety if the initial filming is not completed in a set time. The greater the efficiency leads to a higher quality production.
