The shooting schedule can be used to help the director plan their day of filming and ensure they are completing sufficient footage for all scenes in the given time period. Below shows the schedule in which will be used on each filming day, providing the information with regards to location, the scenes involved in the filming and the props needed for that moment in time.

Contingency Plan
Having a contingency plan is critical. This is because although the scheduled filming has been allocated a specific time in which it will take place, unforeseen circumstances may occur, thus resulting in the prevention of footage being shot.
If i am unable to complete the footage I wish to shoot on Day 1, my contingency is to set up the protagonist's study in a nearby classroom that is available. This classroom has the same setup to the planned room, however it is slightly larger. The whole day will focus on the scenes that involve the study, rather than in chronological order, and therefore it is important to complete as there is no additional time in which has been allocated to the filming of these scenes, therefore a nearby classroom will be available to use.
Day 2 involves the filming of the car crash scene, if I am unable to complete the filming in the morning, due to a member of cast being unavailable, it could be possible to move this scene to the last in the daily schedule, meaning all can be filmed on the same day. If the driver for the car crash scene becomes unavailable, there are two other local members who are on standby if need be. In addition to this scene, the award ceremony is set to be filmed. If the room in which I plan to film in become unavailable, again I have a second room as a contingency, which with the help of lighting can be made to look more like a staged area, however this could possibly be rescheduled for Day 3, and the extra library scene could be shot on the second day instead of third.
Day 3
Filming the home videos will be one of the toughest, as a number of young children will be involved. With reliability possibly causing an issue, after selecting the actors for the role, I have also a number of stand-in actors available if need be.
If Waterstones Book Shop cannot allow us to film on the day initially agreed, this part of the production may be left out or rescheduled after the three filming days. The plan for the bookstore was to take exterior and a few interior shots to present a book signing, however this can be done in the school's library if we are unable to film.
